Li Yundi back to SCCM to have a master Class

Famous pianist Mr. Li Yundi came back to his mother school SCCM(Sichuan Conservatory of Music) to

have an open master class for students of this college. This activity was held by the piano department of

SCCM.

His coming has received a warm welcome in the college. The master class has lasted about 3 hours,

during which Mr. Li listened to four students’ playing of Beethoven, Chopin, and Liszt’s works, commentedand showed.

Mr. Li Yundi commit himself to the promotion of classical music and has gained a remarkable result. He

has been invited to be a judge of the 17th Chopin International Piano Competition in 2015.
